Chapter Night update

Come along, catch up with your HOG friends and get an update on what your committee is working on plus what rides and events are coming up.

We're running a couple of lucky draws on the night - A $20 PETROL VOUCHER for all in attendance on the night. 

And (drum roll) a $100 PETROL VOUCHER FOR ONE LUCKY MEMBER - drawn from all the HOG membership - but only winnable if you are present on the night.

As usual socialising from 6:00pm with the meeting itself kicking off at 7:00pm.

FOR MEALS AT THE SUPPLY ROOM:

Some Chapter Members like to order a meal (own cost) to enjoy during the social hour.

We are co-ordinating with Supply Room to improve timely delivery of meals. Members wishing to receive a timely meal are advised to:

• Arrive and place your meal order by 6:40 pm.
• Place your order and pay for it at the main ground-level counter on your way in.
• REGISTER online on Member Jungle by the Sunday night before Chapter Night. Click on "Events", then click on the Chapter Night, and click on "Register".

If you don't intend to order a meal, you don't need to Register - just turn up on the night.

The number of Registrations will be shared with The Supply Room as an indication of the number of meals they should organise to expect.
