2021 Annual General Meeting
Venue: Bellevue Gardens Hotel
As usual socialising from 5:30pm with the AGM kicking off at 7:00pm.

Committee positions
There a four executive positions (Director, Assistance Director, Treasurer and Secretary) who are appointed by the Sponsoring Dealer. If you would like to be considered for one of these please let Ian Shiner or Murray Young know.
And as a chapter member, you are welcome to apply to join the committee and assist with running the chapter in one of the (non-executive) roles, as listed in the attached Nomination for Committee Member Position form. If you are keen to apply, please complete the Nomination for Committee Member Position form and return to the Secretary no later than 5pm on Wednesday 28th July 2021.
If you have any questions about any of these positions, please feel free to contact the Director or Secretary directly, or any other current committee member.
Notice of Motion
If you wish to put a Notice of Motion to the meeting, these must be submitted in writing to the Secretary no later than 5pm on Tuesday 20th July 2021. Any notices of motion received after this date will not be accepted.
Please register on Member Jungle to assist us with catering for the meeting (platters will be provided).
Note: this AGM will also act as our Monthly Chapter Meeting for August.
